招生政策Admission Policy

Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy is a bilingual school established with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Student status (Xueji) can be set up or transferred into our school for Chinese and foreign students who meet the admission and transfer policies of Chaoyang District. After passing the school's admission assessment, the school's admissions office will notify you to prepare relevant materials and go through the enrollment procedures. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school to prepare relevant materials and complete the new or transferred student status work in accordance with the latest policies and requirements of the Chaoyang District Education Committee in the current year and the current time. Chinese and foreign students can both apply for Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy.

招收年级Enrolment grade

朝阳区凯文学校每年招收的入学年级包括：学前班、小学一年级、中学六年级、九年级、十年级，其他年级转学申请需和招生部提前确定学位空缺情况。申请2024-2025学年学位的家庭请在申请截止日之前在线完成入学申请。
班级规模：每班满额24名学生。
中国籍及外籍学生均可申请，义务教育学段入学需符合学籍新建和申请的相关规定，请家长配合学校以朝阳区教委当年当次的最新政策和要求，准备相关材料并按要求完成新建或转入学籍。
海外申请者请咨询招生部进行关于入学体验活动的安排。

Learning Support and special support
Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy will provide additional support for students who need attention in learning or who have psychological needs. If necessary, please state it truthfully in the "Education Information" of the admission application form, so that the school can make timely evaluation.
Application Requirements and Deadlines
Applicants must complete the application procedures before the deadline in the spring and autumn to successfully enroll at the corresponding school opening time. New Student Admissions Scholarship
Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy aspires to recruit excellent applicants, so we have set up a scholarship program based on the excellent performance of students. The scholarship is open to applicants entering the sixth grade and above. Families wishing to apply for scholarships must fill out a scholarship application form after receiving the offer letter. The list of scholarship winners will be released after being evaluated by the scholarship jury.
Admission Assessment and Offer Letter
Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy admission assessment is rigorous. The Admission Panel will carefully review the relevant materials submitted by each applicant, and determine the final admission results in combination with the feedback report and standardized assessment results during the admission assessment.
