安全



学校聘请业内领先的管理团队和亲切高效的服务团队,配备符合人体工学的餐桌餐椅和健康卫生、精致典雅的中西餐餐具;全程监督、管控食品供应链和餐具清洁的每一个环节。


“对于食堂管理来说,其实第一个要点就是两个字,安全,这是一个无可回避的问题,而且是必须完成的。在学校的食堂,我们要求任一工作位置上都至少有两种不同以上的消毒方式,所有桌椅地面都用不同的清洁剂以及紫外线进行清洁消杀,在一些特殊情况下,我们可能还会加大浓度消毒液,甚至使用一些专业的药剂“,对此,朝阳凯文餐饮公司总经理马龙介绍道。

新鲜


学校采用科学的运输、储存方式,充分保留蔬菜中的维生素和肉类中的蛋白质,确保安全健康和新鲜口感。“在食材把控上面,我们选择的供应商必须是大品牌的供应商,比如在选择奶制品时,我们会选择三元品牌,因为三元品牌它一如既往的质量水平,而且它有大量的社会舆论来替我们进行监督”,马经理分享道。

营养


学校配有专业营养师和五星级酒店经验的厨师,每天轮换供应中西美食,享受不同国家、不同文明的饮食文化,实现蛋白质、碳水化合物、纤维和维生素的均衡营养比例。


“对于学生来说,营养均衡主要是各种含量的构成。比如我们经常提到的蛋白质、碳水化合物和维生素,它构成三种基础的元素。在提供这三餐的过程当中,我们把学生全天的营养构成请营养师精确精准的计算过。在食材的品种上,我们也力争不断翻新,让孩子们满足视觉、味觉和营养三重方面的要求”,马经理介绍道。

文化

“学校每次节日庆祝的时候,我们都会有一些凯文的元素在里面,比如说带有凯文特点logo的食物”,在说到朝阳凯文食堂最大的特色是,马经理和大家分享道


以传统节日端午节为例。为了弘扬民族文化,体验端午风俗,丰富校园文化。6月11日,朝阳凯文提前给孩子们过端午节。孩子们听着老师讲的有关端午的故事和文化习俗,吃着香糯可口的粽子、体验包粽子的过程,过了一个欢乐、“美味”的传统文化节日。


凯文食堂以“根深路远”为理念,将学校的背景文化、文化知识与餐饮相结合,让吃饭不再是一项简单的日常事项,而是让教育在生活中随时发生。

Catering is a very important partof campus life. With the goal of providing safe, fresh and nutritious food, theschool cafeteria takes Kaiwen culture in catering, whole heartedly guarantees all details of dining, so that students can enjoy the high-quality catering service in CKWA.

•Safe

The cafeteria in CKWA is run by anadvanced management team and an efficient service team. It is equipped with ergonomic dining tables and chairs, exquisite Chinese and Western tableware.  It supervises and controls every aspect ofthe food supply chain and tableware cleaning. “For canteen management, safety is the first key point. We require at least two different disinfection methods at any process, such as opening the window for half an hour three times a day for ventilation, cleaning all tables and chairs with different cleaners andul traviolet rays. In some special cases, we may increase the concentration of disinfectant, or even use some professional reagents”, said Manager Ma.
 
• Fresh

The cafeteria adopts scientific transportation and storage methods, which fully retains vitamins in vegetable sand protein in meat, and ensures safe, healthy and fresh taste. “For foodsuppliers, we always choose good brands. For example, we choose the Sanyuan brand for dairy products, because it meets the quality level and under publicsupervision” said Manager Ma.
 
• Nutritious

The food menu is designed by professional nutritionists and chefs with five-star hotel experience. Both Chineseand Western food are supplied alternately every day, and achieve a balanced nutritional ratio of protein, carbohydrate and fiber andvitamin. “For students, nutrition balance is mainly about protein,carbohydrate and vitamin these three basic elements. For three daily meals, we invited the nutritionist to accurately calculate the nutritional composition of the students throughout the day. In terms of the variety of food, we try to provide something new, so that the meal can not only look and taste good but also meet the nutrition needs”, introduced Manager Ma.
 
•Kaiwen Catering Culture

Every time we have festival celebrations,we will have some Kaiwen elements in it, such as the food designed with Kaiwen logo and attributes. With the philosophy of “deep rooted in China”, CKWA cafeteria combines the school culture with the catering culture to make education happenat any time in daily school life.
