特色课程丨朝阳凯文艺术之光照亮未来之路

12月5日,朝阳凯文在哥伦比亚驻北京大使馆文化事务部的配合下,荣幸地邀请到来自哥伦比亚的跨学科多媒体表演艺术团体La Quinta del Lobo,他们的到来为凯文学子们提供了一次独特的学习机会。La Quinta del Lobo在深圳、杭州和北京举办三场独家讲座及演出,朝阳凯文非常幸运地成为北京站其中的一站。








两位艺术家Carmen Gil和Camilo Giraldo带领学生们踏上了他们20年职业生涯的视觉和听觉之旅,解释了他们的创作概念、过程和技术创新。通过古典音乐、电子音乐、视频映射、多种投影和现场演员、舞者以及音乐家的独特融合而设计的独特作品和故事深受大家喜爱。讲座中,学生们上台互动,现场拍摄视频投影效果。









“艺术”这个词好象离我们很远,可却又真实地存在于我们的生活和学习之中。朝阳凯文的艺术课分为视觉艺术与表演艺术两大类,我们希望学生通过艺术形式,就某一主题进行深入的剖析、思考和研究,拓展思维方式、综合运用材料、多维度表达自我,从而培养学生自我激励、自信和自省的能力、批判性思维能力和创造力。


“原来我也是个艺术家”


小学部的艺术课程旨在对学生终身学习能力的培养,教会学生们如何成为拥有审美能力和批判精神的人。以三年级为例,每周都会有2节舞蹈课、2节戏剧课、2节音乐课、2节视觉艺术课。引导学生用艺术的思维去看待和理解这个世界,从而发现美、找到自我。



学校走廊中映入眼帘的作品琳琅满目,你不会相信它们都是出自小学的娃娃之手。在你感到惊叹之余,孩子们也发现 “哦,原来我也可以做一名艺术家!”

“Kids are hungry, the kids want it, the kids want to do it and the kids feel fantastic when they do it, they feel so proud of themselves. They become friends with children from other classes and other grades. That’s great. And sometimes many of our shy students are the ones that are performing.


Drama is like A different type of English class that includes public speaking and performance. They will read, they will write and they will perform.  The student can learn respect,actually respect the time,respect the team.


I think that the success of our students that have come out of the drama program who have moved forward is that they are different people, they become different people, they are different kinds of students because they’ve done drama and then they can move on in their career in their personal life and their personal growth stronger, wiser, more confident about themselves.

“孩子们对参与极其渴望,表演的时候也感觉很棒,他们为自己骄傲。期间,他们和其他班、其他年级的孩子成为了朋友,甚至许多害羞的学生都打开心扉,参与其中。


戏剧就像是一门不同类型的英语课,包含公共演讲和表演。同时也需要阅读、写作。在戏剧呈现的过程中,学生们学会了彼此尊重、彼此协作。


从戏剧项目中走出来的学生的成功之处在于,他们‘’不同的人,他们‘成为’不同的人。不同类型的学生,经过戏剧培养,在今后的个人生活和个人成长中以及职业生涯中,则会变得更强大、更聪明、对自己更有信心。


这就是我们与其他国际学校的不同之处。”

On December 5th, with the support of the Cultural Affairs Office of the Embassyof the Republic of Colombia in Beijing, Beijing Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy was honored to invite the interdisciplinary multimedia performing arts group La Quinta del Lobo from Colombia on campus. They provided a unique learning opportunity for CKWA students. La Quinta del Lobo held three exclusive lectures and performances in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Beijing, and Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy was very lucky to be one of the stops.


Two artists, Carmen Gil and Camilo Giraldo, have worked in the industry for 20 years, and led students on a visual and auditory journey by explaining their creative concepts, processes, and technological innovations. The unique works and stories designed through the unique fusion of classical music, electronic music, video mapping, multiple projections, and live actors, dancers, and musicians deeply intrigued everyone. During the lecture, students took the stage to interact and filmed live video projection effects.


The word “art” may seem far away from us, but in fact, it exists in our lives and courses. We hope that students can conduct in-depth analysis, thinking, and research on a certain topic through artistic forms, expand their thinking patterns, comprehensively use materials, and express themselves in multiple dimensions, to stimulate their inner drive, enhance their confidence, self-reflection, critical thinking, and creativity.

The art curriculum in primary school aims to cultivate students’ lifelong learning abilities and teach them how to become individuals with aesthetic and critical abilities. Take third grade as an example. There are 2 dance classes, 2 drama classes, 2 music classes, and 2 visual arts classes every week. Guide students to view and understand the world with artistic thinking, and cultivate outstanding and innovative talents in the field of art.


The school hallway is full of stunning art works, and you wouldn’t believe they all come from the hands of Grade 2 and 3 children. As you marvel, the children also realize, “Oh, I can also be an artist!”

In a performance, from lighting and scenery to music, props, and clothing, students will do everything themselves. They have learned teamwork and communication, understanding and tolerance, respect for time, and details…


“In the eyes of a thousand readers, there will be a thousand Hamlets.”

Teenagers are like sponges, eager to absorb all the beneficial nutrients. Through art curriculum design from primary school to secondary school, Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy respects the individuality of students, meets various needs with high-quality educational resources, and helps students to achieve personal dreams.


Chaoyang Kevin’s art curriculum emphasizes with the combination of skill and ability development. Students can gain a more comprehensive and diverse learning experience through various integrated learning methods, such as interdisciplinary integration, studio learning, on-site experience integration, and personalized learning. The consistent art curriculum and rigorous academic education in grades K-12 of the school better cultivate students’ innovative ability, artistic perception ability, and practical creative ability. This not only cultivates students’ comprehensive artistic literacy, lays a solid foundation for them to enter higher education institutions, but also helps them to demonstrate unique perspectives and innovation in their future academic and career paths.


Different art forms, aesthetic preferences, and creative concepts can all be fully accepted and explored at Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy. The inclusiveness allows CKWA students to develop and prosper in the field of arts.
